Loan Payment Feature: Mac/Apple Update Compatibility

Certain Mac/Apple software updates can create a conflict with our Loan Payment feature. Here’s how to fix it:

On iPhone/iPad/iPod

For mobile devices, the best solution is to download the ETFCU Mobile app. Once installed, tap the More tab, then select Pay Loan from Outside Account.

If you instead prefer to continue accessing online banking through a mobile browser, simply follow these steps:

  1. Access the Settings app
  2. Select Safari from the section showing your device’s standard apps
  3. In the Privacy & Security section, turn off Block All Cookies

On Safari (desktop)

  1. Click on the Safari Icon in the top left corner
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Select the Privacy tab
  4. Find the Cookies options; select Always Allow

On Chrome (desktop)

  1. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Advanced (this will display more settings)
  4. Under Privacy & Security, select Content Settings
  5. Select Cookies; turn off the Block Third-Party Cookies option
