PAYMENTS

Credit card payments can be made at any branch, in online banking, or by calling the contact center throughout the upgrade. If you typically make your payment another way, you will receive more information. For further details, contact any ETFCU employee. Due dates will be the 11th of each month beginning December 2018.

 

ONLINE ACCESS

You may not be able to view your credit card information online through eZCardInfo during the upgrade timeframe. After the upgrade is complete, you will be able to use Access Point, our new Mastercard credit card portal, to view credit card eStatements, set up alerts, request balance transfers, and more!

FAQ

Will I receive a new debit or credit card?

Yes. All ETFCU debit and credit cards were reissued beginning at the end of October. Please refer to the important dates above to learn more.

What should I do with my old Visa debit or credit card?

Please destroy your old Visa card(s) once you activate your new Mastercard(s). Important Note: Mastercard credit cards cannot be used until November 11, so do not destroy your Visa credit card until this date!

I am trying to activate my Mastercard debit card and it will not work. What should I do?

Make sure you are calling from the primary number you have on your account. If you are not able to activate your Mastercard debit card using the number on the activation sticker, please call our Contact Center at 1-800-800-9271.

I am trying to activate my Mastercard credit card and it will not work. What should I do?

Please make sure you are calling from the primary phone number on the account. If you are unable to activate your Mastercard credit card using the number on the activation sticker, please call our Contact Center at 1-800-800-9271 or use our After Hours Credit Card Support line at 1-866-572-3941.

What happens if I need to return an item I purchased using my old card?

Returns made on your old Visa debit or credit card(s) will be applied to your new Mastercard.

I submitted a dispute on my old card before this upgrade. What do I need to do?

You do not need to do anything. Your dispute will continue to be processed as normal.

I did not get the option to set my PIN when I activated my debit card. How can I select my PIN?

You can call our PIN Now phone line at any time to select or change your PIN. That phone number is 1-888-886-0083.

Will my credit card payment due date, interest rate, or other terms change?

Your due date will change from the 10th of each month to the 11th of each month beginning in December 2018. No other credit card terms will change as a result of the Mastercard Upgrade.

How can I make my credit card payment during the upgrade weekend?

You may make your payment in any ETFCU branch, by calling our Contact Center, or by transferring funds in ETFCU’s online or mobile banking. For questions about other payment methods, please contact an ETFCU employee.

Will I still be able to access my credit card through eZCardInfo?

No, you will not be able to access eZCardInfo beginning November 9. We will offer a new credit card portal called Access Point once we upgrade to Mastercard.

What will happen to my credit card eStatements?

You will no longer be able to access eStatements from your old credit card once we complete our upgrade. We advise you to download any statements you may need before November 9. Following the upgrade, we will automatically enroll you in eStatements in our new Access Point credit card portal.

What happened to the balance on my Visa credit card?

The balance on your Visa credit card was automatically transferred to your new Mastercard.
