Enjoy these easy ways to make your loan payment

ETFCU makes it easy to make your loan payment online, whether from your ETFCU account or an account at another financial institution:

Paying from your ETFCU account

You can make a loan payment from an existing ETFCU account through online banking. Once you log in, select “Make a Loan Payment” from the main menu. Select the “Pay from ETFCU Account” option.

Paying from another financial institution

If you have a loan with ETFCU but will be paying from an account at a different financial institution, you will now be able to make your payments through ETFCU’s free Online Banking service.

Here’s how:

Log in to online banking

  • Enter your member number1 in the Online Banking Login form in the upper right-hand corner of this page.
  • Enter the last four digits of your SSN as the password.
  • Follow the on screen instructions.

Pay within online banking

  • Select “Make a Loan Payment” from the main menu.
  • Choose “Pay from Outside Account.”
  • Add the account you wish to pay from.
  • Select the loan you wish to pay.
  • Type the amount you will pay and when you want the payment to post.2

Follow the remaining on screen instructions to accept the terms and agreements and finalize your payment. You will then have the option to have a receipt emailed to you.

Setting recurring payments from another financial institution

To set up your loan to receive recurring payments from a savings or checking account at another financial institution, please complete this form and return it to any ETFCU location.
