All ETFCU lobby access is now closed

To help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, all ETFCU lobby access will be closed until further notice. Lending and account services continue to be available by scheduled appointment, online, and by phone.

During this time, normal drive-thru hours are still in effect at all branches to help accommodate your day-to-day banking needs.

Can I complete my transaction at a drive-thru window?

You can complete most routine transactions through a drive-thru window, including:

  • Standard withdrawals
  • Check deposits
  • Loan payments
  • Transfers
  • Cash advances
  • Shared branching transactions
  • IRA and HSA contributions

For large withdrawals, loan applications, or safe deposit box access, please schedule an appointment online or call any ETFCU location.
